Kate is a first-generation Vietnamese lawyer who has had over ten years of legal experience. Kate graduated from the University of Technology with a combined law and business degree. Kate is a sole practitioner who has developed a wide area of practice over her ten years of working as a solicitor and has developed a reputation for her skilled pragmatic approach towards complex client matters.

Kate has recently been awarded a number of awards for her commitment towards advocacy for the under-represented and extensive involvement in the local Vietnamese community.

Kate was formerly the Vice President of the Vietnamese Community in Australia (VCA) NSW and was a foundational member of the Vietnamese Community in Australia Youth (VCAY).
Kate was awarded as a finalist for the Rotary’s 2020 Urban Inspirational Woman of the Year.
Kate was awarded Volunteer of the Year Award by the Honourable David Coleman, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship for Refugee and Human Rights Issues.
Kate received a Parliamentary Recognition by the State Member for Bankstown, Tania Mihailuk in recognition of her Rotary award alongside her extensive involvement in Vietnamese civic groups.
Received recognition local recognitions honours from MP Guy Zangari.
Oxford Law Group was recognized in Parliament Hansard at its grand opening as one of the successful local business.
